| About TBCD The Trinity Bay Conservation District is your one stop shop for drinking water, wastewater treatment and storm drainage for most of East Chambers and part of West Jefferson Counties in far Southeast Texas. Our main office is located just East of the City of Anahuac at 2128 State Highway 61. Our main office number is answered 24 hours a day. Use it after five to report leaks or other emergencies. You can reach the Anahuac office at (409) 267-3111 and the Winnie office at (409) 296-3602.
